How to Use the Collection Dashboard in Convin

This article explains how to use the Collection Dashboard in Convin to visualize and evaluate the probability of repayment across customer interactions. It helps assess collection performance, identify repayment trends, and analyze agent-wise efficiency to improve overall collection outcomes.

Using the Collection Dashboard, you can analyze customer repayment patterns to understand the likelihood of dues being cleared for each account. This dashboard provides insights into overall collection performance, repayment probability classification, and agent-wise effectiveness—helping you identify high-risk accounts and optimize your collection strategies.

To access the Collection dashboard, follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to the Home Page.


  2. Under the "Overall Dashboard" drop-down, select "Collection Dashboard".


  3. Apply Filters


    Use the Filters panel to customize your view by selecting specific teams or agents, setting a desired date range, and applying additional filters such as Channel, Domain, or Conversation Type to refine and focus your collection analysis based on relevant data segments.

Collection Dashboard Provides the Following Insights:

  1. Overall Analytics:


    Shows the total number of analyzed accounts or conversations and categorizes them into Good, Average, and Poor based on the probability of repayment. Also includes a graphical view of conversation distribution for the selected filters.

  2. Reports:
  • Collection Analysis Report:

    • Provides an agent-wise breakdown of Good, Average, and Poor conversations.

    • Displays the total number of conversations handled by each agent, helping you evaluate their collection performance and repayment probability trends.

  • Collection Dashboard Report:

    • Allows you to generate a detailed dashboard report focused on agent-level insights.

    • Offers a deeper understanding of individual conversation categories and their performance patterns.
