This allows Managers, Team Leads, Admins, and Quality Analysts to quickly prioritize follow-ups, assess lead quality, and improve conversion effectiveness by focusing on leads with the highest engagement potential.

Steps on how to Use ScoreSense Filter on Customer Intelligence Page:

  1. Navigate to Convin Insight Page.


  2. Select Customer Intelligence.


  3. Locate to Advanced Filters.


  4. Locate and select ScoreSense Filter.


  5. Choose the desired interest level: Hot, Warm, or Cold.

  6. Click Apply Filter to view the filtered lead dataset.

  1. Navigate to Convin Insight Page.


  2. Select  AI Insights.


  3. Locate to Advanced Filters.  


  4. Locate and select ScoreSense Filter.
