AI Audited Calls are conversations evaluated using AI algorithms, streamlining the auditing process for efficiency and scalability.
In Convin, the AI system identifies patterns, analyzes content, and provides insights based on an audit template, contributing to the overall assessment of performance, compliance, or other relevant metrics.
To obtain the AI audit report, follow these steps:

Access the "Home" module on the Convin Dashboard.

Choose "All Reports" from the "Overall Dashboard" drop-down.

If you wish to apply filters such as date range, duration, and more, click on the "Filter" button to customize the report.

From the drop-down available right beside the report, select the desired report.
On the basis of the selected option, you will be displayed the report.

You can switch the visual representation of the report between Matrix and Graph.

On the right of every report, you will see a Download button.
Click on the "Download" button and choose the preferred file format.
Note: If you choose the Email format, you will receive the report in your registered official email within 12 - 24 hours.
