The Lead Dashboard offers a comprehensive view of the organization’s performance, presenting concise statistics on the total count of Hot, Warm, and Cold Leads among the focused accounts.

  • This breakdown extends to a more detailed level, showcasing the distribution of leads across different teams within the organization.

  • We have two types of reports: Lead Analysis and Lead Dashboard reports.

    • These reports help you understand the breakdown of conversations based on lead types and an overall summary of the average Lead score per team.

To access the Lead Dashboard:

  1. Go to the "home Page."

  2. Click on the dropdown.

To access the Lead Analysis and Lead Dashboard reports:

  1. Go to the "home Page."

  2. Click on the dropdown.

  3. Click on "All Reports Section."
