How to create the Audit form/template on the Convin Dashboard?

This article helps you understanding how to create a Audit form/template on Convin Dashboard.

Audit manager is available in Settings of Convin Dashboard, which lets you create and map audit templates to their respective teams.

To access the "Audit Manager" option, follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Go to the Settings page of the Convin Dashboard.

  • Under product settings, you will be able to find an audit manager.

To create an Audit template:

  1. Click on "Audit Manager"

  2. To create a New template, Click on "Create Template."

  3. To add a name to the template, write required under "Enter Scorecard template name."

  4. Select applicable "Teams" and "Sub-teams," "Call Type," "Call Tag," and "Conversation Type."

  5. If you want an audit notification for the created template after the audit is done, tick the checkbox "Notify on Audit."

  6. You can make this template as default, which will apply to all the conversation types by ticking the checkbox "Make Default."

  7. Click next to make this Audit template live.

Users can edit and clone the templates.

To add parameters to the Audit form,

  1. Hover to the template and click on the same.

  2. Click on "Create Category."

  3. Name the Category and add a description to the same.

  4. Click on "Create Category."

  5. Users can create multiple categories as required; you must click "Create new."

  6. Adding a parameter to the Category, click on "Add Parameters."

  7. Write the Parameter Name and description.

  8. Click on the response type, and a user can create custom response types.

  9. Users can mark the response type as mandatory by selecting the checkbox "Make the response Mandatory for this Parameter."

  10. Scroll down, and then the user can set the scoring for the responses and manage the violation.



  11. Click on "Create Parameter."

Likewise, users can create multiple categories and parameters under the same audit form.
