MANAGE AUDIT TEMPLATES:
To modify the audit template in Convin's Manual QMS, simply click the "Drop Down Button" next to the current template name.

If you want to create a new template or update an existing one, you can access the Audit Manager in the Settings module or use the settings button beside the audit template name in the Manual QMS Auditing workflow.

By following these steps, you can easily customize your audit template in Convin's Manual QMS to suit your needs.
RESPONSE AND FEEDBACKS:
Each parameter in the audit template is displayed and categorized according to the conversation stage.
Review these parameters to ensure that you don't miss any crucial aspects of the conversation.

To enter your response for each parameter, simply click on the response field and select "Yes," "No," or "NA." as appropriate.
To unlock the full potential of Convin's Manual QMS and enhance your coaching efforts, auditors can also provide additional feedback at each parameter level in the form of comments or audio/ video recordings.

Once you have finished auditing the conversation, click the "Submit Audit" button, which is on the top right corner, to save your work.

The audited conversation will then automatically appear in the Meetings module in the Convin dashboard.
Navigate to the Meetings module to view the audited conversation at any time.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your audit records are complete and easily
accessible, allowing you to stay on top of your quality management efforts.
