Convin's custom dashboard functionality allows you to gain valuable insights effortlessly right where you need them.

As the name suggests, the customized view on the analytics with the report-level view is accessible.

Convin's Custom Dashboard with Versatile Visualisations!

Various visualizations or charts are available in Convin's custom dashboard; a few are mentioned below.

  1. Single Object: Analyse a single data point or metric effortlessly. Choose from various single object metrics such as Conversation Count, Overall Conversation Score, Active Users, Inactive Users, Conversations Audited, and much more.


  2. Convin Reports: Gain deeper insights with ready-to-use reports. For example: Uncover agent performance details in the Agent Report, displaying total calls, good calls, bad calls, % change, wpm, total talk time, and more—all in a single view.

Customize Your Dashboard (Re-arrange/ Re-size)

  • To re-arrange charts, simply drag & drop for your desired arrangement.

  • Need to resize? Just drag the "arrow symbol" on the right-hand side of each chart.

  • Want to remove a chart? Click the three dots on the chart and select "unpin."

  • Need to rename a chart? Click the three dots and choose "rename."

Configuring your visualizations

After the dashboard is created, it's time to configure each visualization and populate it with data-driven insights. To get started, just tap on the three dots at the top right of each view and click 'Filters.'


Please Note: These filters are the same filters available in the home tab

  • Teams & Sub-teams: Choose specific teams and sub-teams to draw insights from.

  • Reps: Select individual reps to focus on their performance.

  • Template: Pick a particular Audit Template for specialized analysis.

  • Duration: Filter and draw insights from conversations within the desired timeframe.

  • More Filters: Fine-tune your analysis with call type, call tag, status/stage, and Audit type filters. Uncover the most relevant data effortlessly!

Apply filters to fine-tune your chart; if you want to make further edits, just click "EDIT" to keep updating the data.

Sharing your Dashboard

To share your dashboard:

  1. Click "SHARE."

  2. Export it as a PNG or select users from your organization, add a personalized comment, and send the dashboard PNG via email effortlessly.
