Integrations are available in Settings of Convin Dashboard, which helps Users/Admins to integrate their Calendar, CRM, Conferencing Tools, Communications, and Telephone integrations.
To access the "Integrations" option, follow the steps mentioned below:
Go to the Settings page of the Convin Dashboard.
To the right, you will find an option, "Integrations."
Click on "Integrations."
Users will find a list of Integration options.
According to the requirement, an integration can be made.
To Integrate with "Close" CRM.
Go to "CRM Integrations."
Click on "Close."
It will pop up the box asking for an API key.
You can "Click here" to learn how to generate an API key.
After creating an API key, paste it to the dialog box on the Convin Dashboard.
Click on "OK".
Your "Close CRM" is now integrated with Convin.
