The Accounts Dashboard helps an auditor or manager review account/lead-wise quality of the conversations and analyze the agents' performance.
For example, a manager can view a particular account, review the different conversations that happened with the account in the past week, and analyze the AI score on these calls, if applicable.
The Accounts Dashboard can be accessed from the navigation bar, Analytics Dashboard by selecting the Account level filter, and the Account timeline on the call details page.
In the Accounts Dashboard, managers can access multiple areas of interest, including a list of accounts and deal size (the total sale value for that account).
Additionally, the Status will be visible if it is connected with the CRM, and you can see the AI score for that account, if applicable.

The extensive set of filters can help pick and choose the right set of accounts to analyze.
You can click on the card to go to the Accounts details page and view the detailed information.
