Ask for feedback from your team & improve faster with Get Feedback on Convin

This article will help users to request for the feedback on their conversation with the customer.

The Get Feedback feature offers a valuable team-wide solution:

  • For agents: Access to precise feedback facilitates self-assessment, enabling agents to pinpoint their competencies and areas requiring enhancement. This focused feedback, complemented by actionable insights, supports skill refinement, boosts confidence, and ultimately enhances customer interactions.

  • For managers: The feedback furnishes a holistic assessment of individual agent performance, shedding light on areas necessitating attention. Leveraging this data-driven approach aids in coaching and cultivating the team, fostering unbiased and personalized development for agents.

  • For leaders: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer service landscape through the Feedback feature, uncovering trends and patterns that influence customer satisfaction and organizational performance. Equipped with informed insights, leaders can make strategic decisions aligned with the organization's objectives.

To access the Get Feedback feature for a meeting, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the "Meetings" dashboard.


2. Select the desired meeting card to open it.

3. Click on the "Get Feedback" button at the top right of the meeting page.



4. A pop-up window like below will appear on your screen.


5. Please designate the individuals from whom you wish to request feedback. Once you have identified all desired people, the 'Request Feedback' button will become active.

Note: You can only request feedback from the active members present on Convin.

6. Click on the "Request Feedback" button.


An email notification will be sent to all the users you've included, seeking their feedback.
