How to Upload a Call in Convin Dashboard?

This article will help you understand how to analyze a call not present in Convin Dashboard.

The "Upload a call" option in the Convin dashboard is available on the meetings Dashboard.

This option requires a manual upload of a call for which the user doesn't have any stats available.

To upload a call:

  • Go to Meetings Dashboard.


To the right, next to "Enter text to Search Call," there is an option that says "Upload Call."

  • Click on "Upload Call."





After that, please drop the call recording by dragging or browsing the call from your system in the formats mentioned.


Now you can upload a call, and within a few minutes, you can find the stats of the call available in the Meetings Dashboard.
